Instructions
Step 1
Add mince dijon mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, garlic, finely diced shallots, finely chopped parsley and salt and pepper to taste in bowl with egg and mix until well combined

Divide patty mixture into 10 balls

Pre-heat grill or pan on high

Add oil to the cooking surface and add your patties, do not over the pan, flatten the patties and good on one side then flip add a slice of cheese and cover to cook the other side and melt the cheese, repeat with all patties

place pineapple rings in a low-medium heat pan and fry low and slowly checking and flipping frequently as they will burn easily, grill till you are happy with them
To serve
Step 6
Finely slice red onions, chop pickles, and wash and separate lettuce

Slice buns and toast lightly

To assemble we recommend Putting ketchup and mustard on either bun and then stacking bun ( ketchup ) patty, onion, pickles, pineapple, lettuce bun ( mustard )
