Instructions

Step 1
1. Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. 2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour them into the pan. 3. Add the cooked chicken breast slices to the eggs. 4. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Scramble the eggs and chicken together until the eggs are fully cooked and the chicken is evenly distributed throughout. 6. Heat the white beans in tomato sauce in a saucepan over low- medium heat until they are hot. Stir occasionally. 7. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper if desired. 8. Serve together on a plate.
