Instructions

Step 1
1. Bring a large pot to a boil. 2. Add the orzo and chickenbroth and cook according to the package instructions (usually about 8-10 minutes). 3. In a large frying pan, heat a bit of cooking oil over medium- high heat. 4. Season the chicken with some chicken spices. 5. Cook the chicken until it's no longer pink and has a nice golden brown color, which typically takes around 5-7 minutes. 6. Dice the red onion, red bell pepper, and zucchini. If using fresh garlic, mince it finely. 7. Add the diced red onion, red bell pepper, and zucchini to the pan. 8. Saute the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes or until they become tender 9. Drain the cooked orzo and add it to a plate or bowl. 10. Put the orzo, chicken, and vegetables together and serve on a plate or in a bowl.
