1. Shake chicken pieces in a bag with flour to coat. 2. Heat 2T oil to pan, brown chicken and remove. 3. Add rest of oil to fry onion and garlic. 4. Add celery, green pepper and mushroom. 4 Add tin of tomatoes. 5 Add stock and water. 6 place chicken and sauce in oven proof dish and bake at 180C for 40 mins.
