Instructions
Step 1
Remove butter from refrigerator and bring to room temperature.
Step 2
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until fully mixed.
Step 3
Add flour with salt to creamed mixture, blend throughly.
Step 4
Add nuts and mix well.
Step 5
Chill dough for 1 hour.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 400F.
Step 7
Shape chilled dough into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet at least 1 inch apart.
Step 8
Bake 8-10 minutes. Do not allow cookies to brown.
Step 9
Cool, then roll in powdered sugar.
