Step 1
Pour the beans in a bowl and add avocado, garlic, coriander chopped, spinach chopped, the entire lemon juice, olive oil, salt
Step 2
Mash it together and taste
Step 3
Slice the mushrooms, add a little tiny bit of oil to a pan and add mushrooms, paprika, salt, when they are nice and brown
Step 4
On the bread add tomatoes and layer up with the mixture and top it with the mushrooms
