Step 1
In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, low-fat Greek yogurt, low- fat milk, protein powder, and Oreos. Mix everything together until well combined. Make sure the Oreo pieces are evenly distributed.
Step 2
Transfer the mixture into an airtight container or a mason jar with a lid. Seal the container and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Step 3
Before serving, give the oats a good stir to ensure all the ingredients are well mixed.
