Instructions

Step 1
Bring a large pot to a boil
Step 2
Dice the broccoli, carrot and chicken breast.
Step 3
Marinate chicken in 1 tbsp of soy sauce and chicken spices for 10 minutes.

Make the sauce by mixing 1 tbsp of soy sauce, sriracha, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
Step 5
Beat the eggs in a small bowl. Set aside
Step 6
Cook the rice for 8-10 minutes.

Heat up a large nonstick pan over medium heat

Add the chicken and cook until it changes color
Step 9
Add the diced broccoli and carrot to the pan and cook until tender, stirring constantly
Step 10
Add a splash of water as needed to prevent burning or sticking
Step 11
Add beaten eggs and scramble
Step 12
Add the sauce and mix everything together
Step 13
Serve on a plate or in a large bowl and enjoy!
