Corn Meal Porridge
This recipe makes 3 bowls of cornmeal. Cornmeal can get very clumpy quickly if it’s not stirred constantly while cooking.

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl mix the Cornmeal with the water/milk (milk makes it creamier) with cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder. The main purpose is to soak the cornmeal. Fine cornmeal is best for porridge.
Step 2
In a pot bring all ingredients to boil on high heat. When reached boiling bring pot to low heat. Mix all bowl ingredients and put it in into the pot. Stir constantly until it’s done cooking (don’t let it get clumpy) on high heat.
Step 3
Add sugar/ any sweetener and serve!
