Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 and line a cupcake tin with liners.
Step 2
Cream together butter and sugar.
Step 3
Mix in 2 eggs (one at a time) , vanilla extract, and milk.
Step 4
Fold in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
Step 5
Scoop batter into cupcake liners, bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Once baked, take cupcakes out of the oven to cool. While they are cooling, make whipped cream frosting.
Step 7
Whip heavy cream for 3 minutes, then gradually add in powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip until stiff peaks form.
Step 8
Once cupcakes are fully cooled, top with whipped cream and enjoy!
