This is a lighter Starbucks copycat recipe for pumpkin cream cold brew. The syrup and the concentrate will be enough for more then 1 serving, so if you just want 1 serving, simply divide the recipe for cold brew by 10 and the syrup by 25. Enjoy!

Cold brew concentrate
Pumpkin spice syrup

1 ½ cupwater

1 ½ cupsugar

2 tablespoonsground cinnamon

1 teaspoonground cloves

1 teaspoonground ginger

1 teaspoonground nutmeg

Instructions
Make the cold brew concentrate
Step 1
Make the cold brew by pouring cold water and ground coffee into a jar or a bottle and let it brew for 12 to 24 hours in the fridge
Make the syrup
Step 2
Make the syrup by just mixing the water with sugar, spices and pumpkin puree then heat it up until the sugar disolves
Step 3
Pour into a jar, let it cool and store in the fridge
Step 4
This recipe will be enough for up to 25 servings (1 serving is about 2 tablespoons)
Make the cream
Step 5
Make the cream by mixing the evaporated milk (make sure that it's chilled) with the pumpkin spice syrup and beat until you have a foam
Serve
Step 6
Pour 200ml of the concentrate into a glass
Step 7
Top the cold brewed coffee with the cream and enjoy
