I've tried adding cornstarch or even peanut butter. It really didn't thicken it. Peanut butter makes it taste like peanut butter took all the peaches made it disappear. Cornstarch didn't really notice much at all. 1 pkt of pudding stiffened it up and was able to decorating bag with no problem. Then putting it in the fridge it should hold up very nice. Wish I would have thought about that before the peanut butter. But rather try and fail then not try at all.
