Chill ice cream bucket in freezer ,In a chilled bowl, combine coco and both sugars, whisk to combine well, add cold milk, and whisk till sugars are dissolved, stir in cold heavy cream and vanilla, colder the better, pour mixture in freezer bowl, of ice cream maker with it on, let run for 25 -30 minutes, or till , thick, soft and creamy, transfer to air tight container and freeze.
