Instructions
Step 1
Add oil to pan and heat up.
Step 2
Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.
Step 3
Add mince pork and white pepper, and stir until nearly cooked through.
Step 4
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine, veg stock powder and hot water to make sauce.
Step 5
Add sugar and stir in tofu.
Step 6
Mix and taste.
Step 7
Cook on low heat until tofu is soft, stirring as it cooks.
Step 8
Thicken sauce by adding cornflour mixture. Increase heat.
Step 9
Add spring onions.
Step 10
Add sesame oil, taste and adjust as required.
Step 11
Serve with rice.
