Instructions
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2
Separate egg yolks and add to dry ingredients along with yogurt.
Step 3
Whisk egg white until they form stuff peaks.
Step 4
Fold in egg whites to mixture.
Step 5
Spray 12 Muffin tins and add 2.5 scoops of mixture to each tin.
Step 6
Bake at 350 for 18 to 20 minutes.
