Instructions

For the chicken

Step 1
Cut 4 chicken breasts into equal size cubes
Step 2
Mix together, the salt, pepper, garlic granules, mixed herbs, bbq seasoning and curry powder into a bowl
Step 3
Cut the chorizo and bacon put in separate bowls
Step 4
In a bowl mix together a 2 to 1tbsp ratio of butter and garlic puree, add the parsley and mix all together
Step 5
Put garlic butter in fridge to keep chilled
Step 6
Get your ciabatta bread turn on its side and cut down the middle
Step 7
In a pan on medium get your chicken and cook till white, add seasoning, while that's cooking add 170g of past to a boiling pot of water, after 5 minutes of cooking add chorizo and bacon together
Step 8
Get garlic butter from fridge and spread on ciabatta bread, heat oven to 180C on fan and cook for 10 to 13 minutes
Step 9
Drain pasta
Step 10
Put chopped tinned tomato's into a big pot, preferably the one used to cook pasta to save washing up
Step 11
Put pasta in pot along with the chicken chorizo and bacon, mix all together for 2 to 4 minutes
Step 12
After that plate everything up
