No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Dessert

No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Dessert
Serves: 9
- 1 1/2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 T. Truvia Baking Blend
- 5 T. Melted coconut oil
- 2 c. Vanilla Greek yogurt (I used Dannon Lite & Fit)
- 2 T. Sugar free Cheesecake Jello pudding powder
- 16 oz. Sliced strawberries
- 1/2 c. Sugar free strawberry glaze
Combine graham cracker crumbs, truvia baking blend, and melted coconut oil. Firmly press in the bottom of a 9x9 pan.
In a bowl, whisk yogurt and pudding mix until smooth.
Spread on top of graham cracker crust.
In a separate bowl, combine sliced strawberries and glaze. Spread on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
