Instructions

Preparing the Ice Cream

Step 1
Start by microwaving cream cheese for 10 seconds until softened. Mix in sugar and mint extract until the mixture resembles frosting, about 1 minute.
Step 2
Gradually add heavy cream, milk, and optional food coloring until sugar dissolves completely.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a clean CREAMi Pint and freeze for 24 hours.

Post-Freezing Instructions

Step 4
Remove the pint from the freezer and lid from the pint. Place the pint in the outer bowl, attach the Paddle onto the outer bowl lid, and lock the assembly onto the outer bowl. Put the bowl assembly on the motor base and twist the handle right to lock it in place.
Step 5
Choose the ICE CREAM setting and start the program.
Step 6
Use a spoon to create a 1 ½-inch-wide hole reaching the bottom of the pint. It's okay if the treat goes above the MAX FILL line. Add chocolate chips to the hole and run the MIX-IN program.
Step 7
Once processing is done, scoop out the ice cream from the pint and serve immediately.
