Step 1
Crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter.
Add half of the mix on the bottom of the tin and pop it in the freezer .
Step 2
Mix the double cream with the condensed milk and the vanilla extract.
Step 3
Add half of the ice-cream over the frozen biscuit layer. Sprinkle the raspberries and the pistachio and add over the remaining ice cream mix. Sprinkle over the rest of the biscuit mix.
