Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C and grease muffin tin.
Step 2
Chop bread using scissors and pop into muffin tray (half full).
Step 3
Add some blueberries and top with more bread.
Step 4
Mix together eggs, banana and milk and pour over bread.
Step 5
Leave to soak for 5 mins before putting cooking for 18 minutes until the egg has cooked.
