Instructions
Step 1
Add blueberries, water and sugar into a small pan and bring up to medium heat. Mash the blueberries and simmer for 5 mins until the sauce thickens. Remove from the heat and let the sauce cool
Step 2
Add the matcha powder to a bowl with 3tbsp water and whisk
Step 3
Add 2 tbsp blueberry syrup to a glass and top with 170mls plant milk
Step 4
Top with the matcha and serve
