6 x 8 ozcream cheese
packages, softened

½ cupwhipping cream

3 cupspowdered sugar
sifted

6eggs

2 tsplemon zest
grated, or orange, if desired

2 tspvanilla extract

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Step 2
Spread bottom and sides of pan with butter. Combine brown sugar and Graham cracker crumbs and coat the sides and bottom of pan.
Step 3
In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and soft. Blend in cream. Add powdered sugar; beat until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in lemon/orange zest if desired and vanilla. Once combined, pour into prepared pan. Bake at 325°F for 45-50 minutes. Turn oven off; let cake remain in oven until cooled.

Serving suggestions: cover with cherry or blueberry pie filling; drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce; dust liberally with cinnamon sugar.
