Step 1

Crush the oatmeal biscuits and mix them with butter in a cake pan, even out the substance at the bottom of the cake pan



Step 2

Melt the chocolate in whip cream for the cake cream, stir it so it does not stick too much





Step 3

Once the chocolate has melted, add the cottage cheese. Stir until it all mixes together

Step 4
Pour HALF of the cream onto the base of the cake

Add berries on top of the cake

Step 6

Pour the rest of the cream on top
Step 7

Melt the chocolate for the topping and mix it with whip cream (you can use the same pot)


Step 8

Slowly pour the topping onto the cake
Step 9

Let the cake chill in fridge for a few hours. This makes the cake denser.
