Instructions

Step 1
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix very well.

Place the mixed ingredients into a jar with an airlock lid.
Step 3
Put the jar in a dark place for 4-5 days.
Step 4
After the time has elapsed, transfer the contents to another jar with a sealable lid.
Step 5
This ketchup should be stored in the fridge, it should last at least a couple of months.
