Instructions
Step 1
Cook the lasagna sheets for about 2-3min until soft.
Step 2
Slice the mozzarella.
Step 3
Add a piece of mozzarella onto the short side of the lasagna sheet and roll it up tightly. Repeat with the other lasagna sheets.
Step 4
Add the flour and salt to a plate and mix. To another plate add the egg and whisk. To the third plate add the breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Coat the roll with flour, then egg and finally with breadcrumbs. Repeat with the other rolls.
Step 6
Heat the oil in a small pot. Deepfry the rolls for about 2-3min until crispy and golden brown. Enjoy!
