Instructions
For the simple syrup
Step 1
Combine water and sugar in a small pot
Step 2
Set stovetop to medium heat
Step 3
Cook the mixture; whisk constantly
Step 4
Once sugar is completely dissolved, remove from heat
Step 5
Add the rosemary sprigs to the hot liquid
Step 6
Let cool completely
Mocktail
Step 7
Combine rosemary simple syrup, pear juice and lemon juice in a glass.
Step 8
Add sparkling water to taste
Step 9
Serve in a chilled glass or add ice
