Instructions

Step 1
Temperar frango com iogurtes e temperos e deixar marinar pelo menos 1h.
Step 2
Cortar a beterraba em meias luas e temperar com vinagre e sal e deixar repousar.
Step 3
Aquecer azeite numa frigideira e grelhar peitos de frango até dourar
Step 4
Levar frango ao forno a 160⁰C durante 15min
Step 5
Servir o frango fatiado com os pickles
