Banana Pudding Cheesecake Cups

4 steps
Prep:1h
This banana pudding cheesecake is AMAZING. I prefer to make them into individual cups, but can be made into a full cheesecake.

Instructions

Step 1
Set aside 24 Nilla wafers for the top.
Step 2
Crush the rest of the wafers and mix with 1/3 cup unsalted butter. Squish down into pan to create crust. Refrigerate while you make the rest.
Step 3
Whip both cream cheese bars together until smooth. Add in 1 box vanilla pudding mix, 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, and 1 tbsp vanilla extract. Mash up banana and add to mixture. Whip until creamy and fully blended.
Step 4
Pour over Nilla wafers crust, and smooth out. Add extra wafers to top, and banana slices to top (if desired).
