Instructions

Step 1
Preheat over to 160°C
Step 2
- beat butter, lemon, lavender and sugar until fluffy
Step 3
- add flour and milk and mix until it clumps together
Step 4
- if it is too firm to pipe add a bit more milk.
Step 5
- put into a piping bag with a large star nozzle and pipe small circles or hearts onto a lined baking tray.
Step 6
- bake for about 15 minutes
Step 7
- carefully remove onto cooling rack (they'll be really fragile until they cool) or cool on the baking tray.
