Instructions

Step 1
slice your new potatoes in half and place them down the middle of your pan.
Step 2
Line your pork chops on either side of the pan surrounding the potatoes
Step 3
Seasoned everything with olive oil, season-all salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, pepper and parsley.
Step 4
Cover with foil and cook 1 hr on 375.
Step 5
Uncover then broil till golden.
