Instructions
Step 1
Mix the flour, sugar, spread, baking powder and eggs until batter
Step 2
Place batter into baking tin (lined with baking paper)
Step 3
Put in oven for for 40-50 min at 180° (check after 35min)
Step 4
Beat icing sugar and butter together with chosen flavouring and colouring. Add 2-3tsp boiling hot water to loosen and beat until smooth
Step 5
Fill a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe into cake
