Jalapeño Shrimp in Garlic Butter Sauce 1. 16 oz shrimp uncooked , cleaned, deveined, tail off 2. 1/2 teaspoon salt , black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne 3. 1 teaspoon paprika 4. 2 teaspoon olive oil 5. 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro 6. 1 teaspoon chili flakes - less if you don't want spicy Garlic Butter Sauce 1. 2 tablespoons butter 2. 3-4 garlic cloves about 2 tablespoons garlic minced 3. 1 jalapeño sliced - less if you don't want spicy 4. 1 tablespoon honey 5. Juice of one lime 1. Pat dry your shrimp . 2. Using a small knife , cut a slit down the back of the shrimp to butterfly the shrimp . 3. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika , cayenne, olive oil and mix gently . 4. Chop your garlic and cilantro. Slice your jalapeño. 5. In a small pan make the butter sauce on very low heat by adding butter ( don't burn the butter ) . Then add garlic and mix and let garlic cook on low heat about 20 seconds. Add on lime juice and honey . Mix another 15 seconds and remove from the heat. Set aside . 6. In a skillet add one tablespoon olive oil and cook the shrimp. Cook one minute and then flip it over. Cook another one minute. 7. Drizzle the butter sauce and gently mix. 8. Add the jalapeño slices . Sprinkle chili flakes and cilantro. Give a mix and remove from heat. 9. Instructions

Step 1
