Instructions
Step 1
Dice the chorizo, red onion and bell pepers and press the garlic cloves.
Step 2
Put a frying pan with the chorizo on medium/high heat. Fry until the chorizo becomes slightly crispy.
Step 3
Put on the kettle to boil the water
Step 4
Add the onion to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add the bell pepers and garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 6
Add the remaining ingredients to the pan.
Step 7
Bring the mixture to a boil and let it cook for slightly longer than the indication on the orzo packaging.
Step 8
Add salt and peper to taste and enjoy!
