Caramel
Step 1
Put the sugar and water in a pan and stir. Then do not stir the sugar any more.
Step 2
Simmer the sugar water on a medium heat for approx. 20 mins. The sugar dissolves completely over time, hardens again and melts again at the end.

When the caramel has turned a light brown color, remove from the heat and add the cream, stirring at the same time. Be careful, the cream will splatter.
Step 4
As soon as the cream has been stirred in, add the butter and allow to melt. The caramel is now ready.

Step 5
Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff.
Step 6
Then add the mascarpone, sugar and vanilla extract and stir briefly until smooth.
Dessert
Step 7
Chop the peanuts.
Step 8
Pour 1/4 of the cream into a glass.
Step 9
Then add 1/4 of the caramel.
Step 10
Now top with 1/4 of the peanuts.
Step 11
Repeat steps 8-10 again.
Step 12
Stack the other glass in the same way.
Step 13
Melt the chocolate and spread evenly over both desserts.
Step 14
Place the dessert in the fridge for about 10 minutes and then enjoy!
