Step 1
Crush the biscuits into a powder and mix with a drop of the no cal maple syrup. Push this mixture to the bottom of a glass to act as the base of the cheesecake.
Step 2
Add the sliced banana on top to form the banana layer
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt and no cal drops together and then add this to the glass on top of the banana.
Step 4
Top with a little maple syrup and 2-3 slices of banana to finish.
