Fast and Easy Carne Asada Street Tacos

I cheat with this one but it comes out so good! I use Lawry's Carne Asada Seasoning on flank steak that is already cut into small pieces 🫣 You can top it with sour cream, guac, cheese, and of course my famous salsa 😉

Instructions
For Angie's Simple Homemade Salsa
Step 1
Add tomatoes, serrano peppers, chile de Arbol, salt, and garlic powder to the blender
Step 2
Blend for 2 minutes
Step 3
Put in a storage bowl and set aside
For the Carne Asada
Step 4
Place carne picada in a large pan on medium heat

Step 5
Immediately season the meat, making sure all is covered
Step 6
Rotate the meat to bring the bottom to the top.
Step 7
Keep rotating/stirring every few minutes so the meat doesn't brown just on one side
Step 8
Turn off the heat just as the liquid in the pan is completely evaporated.
For the Tortillas
Step 9
Pour 1 tbs of corn oil onto skillet, heat on medium-low
Step 10
Dip the tortilla in the oil or rotate it in the oil for 2 minutes each side. Pour more oil as needed
Step 11
Place tortillas in a container with a towel or paper towels
Assembling the Tacos
Step 12
Get 1 tortilla (2 if mini sized) place carne asada on half the tortilla
Step 13
Place all preferred toppings on top, then fold taco and ENJOY!
