1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

4. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
