Smoked Manwich Meatloaf

This is my personal favorite comfort food. Adding a little change with cooking in smoker.

Instructions

Step 1
Mix together well: beef, bread crumbs, salt/pepper, worcestshire sauce, onion, eggs and 1/2 can of Manwich.
Step 2
Line 9x5 meatloaf pan with plastic/cling wrap in two directions. Fill with prepped meatloaf and wrap completely. Freeze for minimum of 4 hours.
Step 3
Remove from freezer. Using a portion of the remaining sauce, cover the meatloaf as a binder. Apply bbq rub of choice (I used Mastergrills Sweet&Spicy). Once ready, set smoker to 250°f. Place meatloaf in smoker and smoke to internal temp of 165°f. Cook times vary, usually 3-4 hours.
Step 4
Combine remaining sauce and brown sugar.
Step 5
Remove from smoker at 165°f. Let rest 20-30 minutes. Apply sauce mix to top. Enjoy!
