Instructions

Step 1
Heat a small-medium saucepan with water for the pasta
Step 2
Chop broccolini into small florets
Step 3
Heat medium sized frypan on medium-high heat with olive oil
Step 4
When frypan is hot, add broccolini and diced garlic, then cook for a few minutes. Meanwhile, add pasta to saucepan when water has boiled
Step 5
Reduce frypan heat to low, add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and chilli, then stir and let simmer for 4-5 minutes
Step 6
Add pasta to sauce, then stir
Step 7
Serve and top with fresh basil and parmesan
