Instructions
Step 1
Dice the chicken, onion and bell pepers and rip the mozarella into small pieces.
Step 2
Blend the cottage cheese into a smooth paste.
Step 3
Put a frying pan on high heat with the sunflowerseed oil. When it is ready, add the chicken thigh.
Step 4
Boil the pasta according to its packaging.
Step 5
Add the onion and bell pepers to the frying pan together with the fajita seasoning and fry this until everyhing is 80% cooked.
Step 6
Add the cottage cheese paste to the frying pan and give the contents of the pan a good mix.
Step 7
Add the drained pasta to the frying pan together with the mozarella pieces and mix it all. Enjoy!
