Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, blend butter or oil, honey, and eggs until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; stir until blended. Allow to rest for 5 min. for flour to absorb liquid. Pour into an 8" cake pan and bake for 25-30 min. Serve with fresh berries.
