Instructions
Step 1
Day before: soak beans
Step 2
Boil beans, strain, rinse, cook until soft
Step 3
Dice onion, add oil to pan and sautee
Step 4
Add paprika, pepper sautee, chilli (optional)
Step 5
Add tomatoes, sautee until paste forms
Step 6
Add beans, corn, soy, bouillon, water cook until the chilli thickens, salt to taste
Step 7
Serve with cilantro and lemon/lime juice
