Sweet Corn Pie with Blueberry Whipped Cream

Made it with the cornmeal crust. Delicious, but the pudding didn't set up at all. Maybe didn't boil it enough? I also rinsed off a spatula used on the raw eggs when adding the cooked pudding to the pie, could have contaminated with the enzyme that breaks down starch
