Instructions

Step 1
Mince carrot, onion, celery, and shallot

Brown ground beef and remove from pan

Brown sausage and drain of oil

Add olive oil and minced veggies to pan Saute until soft

Add garlic, saute until fragrant
Step 6
Add meats, big splash of red and white wine and reduce
Step 7
Add tomato paste and sauté
Step 8
Add tomatoes, fill tomato can with water, add and season well
Step 9
Cook for 2 hours stiring often
