4 cupsRoma tomatoes
peeled and chopped
1 ½ cuponions
chopped NOT TOO THIN, all ingredients
1red pepper
chopped
1green pepper
chopped
3jalapeno peppers
chopped, use gloves
2garlic gloves
minced
¼ cupvinegar
1 Tbspsalt
1 tspworcestershire sauce
1 Tbspsugar
1 dashoregano
1can tomato paste
3 pinchescayenne pepper
1 Tbspparsley flakes
½ tsptobacco sauce
Instructions
Step 1
1. Sterilize jars by putting them on a cookie sheet, with lids, for at least 10 minutes @ 2250F
Step 2
2. Combine and boil all ingredients until onions are cooked (30 min).
Step 3
3. You can add a little cornstarch at the very end if you would like it thicker
Step 4
4. Pour and seal into pints- makes about 3-4 x 500 ml jars
