Instructions
Step 1
Marinate the chicken with some bbq sauce on it for a couple hours in advance, then put it to cook in your method of choice - I have used both a grill and a microwave and enjoyed both results. When it's mostly cooked cut up the pieces of chicken into smaller pieces, add a bit extra BBQ sauce and put it to finish cooking. When finished cooking, leave it to sit, rest and cool for 20-30 mins and then make your wraps with some of it. Tear up or cut up some leaves of lettuce, put on a drizzle of bbq sauce (optionally a bit of mayonnaise too) and some cheese to your desired amount, then put some bits of chicken ontop and fold your wrap up. Now you're ready for yoru first bite! Enjoy!
