Instructions

Step 1
Prep all veggies/meats for filling prior to starting dough.
Step 2
Whisk together yeast, warm water and sugar in mixing bowl. Set aside.
Step 3
Begin cooking ingredients for filling while yeast blooms, 10-15 mins.
Step 4
Add salt, olive oil and any seasonings for bread to mixing bowl, whisk together gently until blended.
Step 5
Add flour and mix well with hands or use stand mixer with bread hook.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 325° F and set dough aside to rise, approx 10-15 mins
Step 7
Grab approx 1-1.5" diameter dough balls and roll them flat on a floured surface using a rolling pin.
Step 8
Place dough piece into hand, stuff with cheese then cooked filling, fold all corners into middle to form ball, and set on baking sheet in rows of 3 x 3 to leave room for dough expanding.
Step 9
Take 1 egg (can also mix in garlic or other seasonings) and brush on top of each puff.
Step 10
Bake for approx 20 mins.
