Instructions

Step 1
Cut steak into strips
Step 2
Chop onion and pepper into large chunks
Step 3
Crush all the garlic cloves
Step 4
Mix cornflour with garlic granules and ground ginger
Step 5
Coat beef strips in 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce, then in the cornflour mixture. Spray well with oil and airfry at 200C for 10 minutes.

While beef is cooking, cook rice

While beef is cooking, combine 5 tbsp orange juice, crushed garlic cloves, 5 tbsp honey, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 4 tbsp light soy sauce and 1 tsp rice vinegar.
Step 8
Once beef is cooked, add the onion and pepper to a saucepan over a medium heat and cook for 5 minutes until softened, then add sauce and stir in the beef.
Step 9
Let the sauce thicken and coat the beef for a minute or two and serve with rice.
