Banana and Coconut Muffins

Instructions

Step 1
1. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
2. Add the eggs, greek yoghurt, vanilla, melted coconut oil, honey and milk, and mix until well combined.
Step 3
3. Add the flour and coconut and mix until all combined.
Step 4
4. Spoon mixture into a lined muffin tray and top with extra coconut and/or banana slices (optional).
Step 5
5. Bake in a 180C oven for 25 minutes.
