Chickpea blondies
Makes 16 servings at 120 calories per piece
1 15oz can rinsed chickpeas
1/2 c nut or seed butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4-1/3 c dark chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a small baking sheet or brownie pan. Blend everything but the chocolate chips. Spread the batter on the pan and add the chips. Bake for 20-25 min. Enjoy and follow for more 😘
